Door Host / Guest Greeter / Security (High-Energy + Commanding Presence) Part-Time Weekends We're looking for a charismatic, high-energy people-person with a strong presence to be the face of our venue. This is not a typical security role —this is a hospitality-first, high-energy position . You'll greet every guest, set the tone, and create an exciting, welcoming atmosphere from the moment people walk in. At the same time, you bring a confident, commanding presence that helps maintain a safe, well-run environment when needed. If you can own the door, work a crowd, and keep things under control without killing the vibe , we want to meet you.

12:00 PM•6:00 PM What You'll Do Greet every guest with energy, personality, and confidence Set the vibe—make guests feel welcome, excited, and taken care of Talk to guests about specials, promotions, and upcoming events as they arrive Hand out exit marketing and invite guests back as they leave Keep the entrance organized, upbeat, and under control Monitor entry for age requirements and capacity Maintain awareness of the environment and step in when needed to support staff De-escalate situations calmly and professionally when necessary Who You Are If you're the type of person who naturally talks to everyone in the room and people gravitate toward you, we want to meet you. Naturally outgoing, engaging, and comfortable talking to anyone High-energy—you can bring it consistently throughout your shift Confident and composed —people naturally respect your presence Able to be friendly and fun, while still being taken seriously when it counts Strong communicator with good judgment under pressure Reliable and punctual Bonus (Not Required) Experience in hospitality, entertainment, or guest-facing roles Security, conflict management, First Aid, or CPR training The Role You are the first impression, the vibe setter, and the tone keeper . Guests should feel welcomed by you—and situations should feel handled when you're around.
