Responsibilities Greet guests warmly with a positive attitude and smile, making them feel comfortable and appreciated from their first interaction. Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently, optimizing guest flow and minimizing wait times. Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism, providing information and assisting with inquiries promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the host station and waiting areas to uphold a welcoming ambiance. Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth seating transitions and timely service. Handle guest concerns or special requests courteously, escalating issues when necessary to ensure satisfaction. Assist and packing takeout orders when accurately when required. Requirements Previous experience as a host or hostess in a food service or restaurant environment is preferred.

Availability needed:

Friday & Saturday nights only. Experience working in hospitality settings such as hotels or restaurants is highly desirable. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
