- HuHot is seeking a friendly and organized Host/Hostess or Expediter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a positive dining experience. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional guest services in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Duties
- Greet guests as they arrive and provide them with a warm welcome.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize table turnover while maintaining guest comfort.
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding the menu, specials, and restaurant policies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and dining area.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction.
- Provide assistance to guests as needed, demonstrating a commitment to hospitality.
- Skills
- Strong guest services orientation with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
