This role is perfect for someone who enjoys meeting new people, starting conversations, and creating memorable guest experiences. As a Host, you'll be the welcoming face of our restaurant. You'll engage with travelers in the concourse, answer questions, introduce guests to our menu offerings, and help create an inviting atmosphere that encourages them to stop in and dine with us. If you have a warm smile, positive energy, and enjoy connecting with people, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Welcome and engage travelers with a friendly, approachable attitude Promote our restaurant, menu offerings, and grab-and-go selections Encourage guests to stop in for a meal, beverage, or quick snack before their flight Create a positive first impression of our brand and hospitality Answer questions and provide information about the restaurant Work closely with the restaurant team to ensure an exceptional guest experience What We're Looking For Friendly, energetic, and professional demeanor Excellent communication and people skills Confidence approaching and engaging with guests Passion for hospitality and customer service Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift Self-motivated with a positive attitude
