Responsibilities Greet guests warmly with genuine enthusiasm, setting a positive tone for their visit Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently using Open Table Maintain clear communication with the team to coordinate seating and service flow Answer phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, providing accurate information Assist guests with special requests or accommodations to enhance their experience Monitor guest flow during busy periods to minimize wait times Uphold cleanliness and organization at the host stand, ensuring a welcoming environment at all times Ability to be on your feet and walking for up to 7 hours at a time Ability to deal with sometimes high pressure situations and guests from all walks of life Ability to get along with fellow coworkers and remain professional at all times Experience Previous host/hostess experience in a fast-paced food service or restaurant setting preferred Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills Familiarity with Open Table is a huge plus Familiarity with
