Summary/Objective:

The Breakfast host position is responsible for: Ensuring the buffet line is stocked and replenished as needed Warming-up and serving food following Hilton specific guidelines Engaging with guests and provide exceptional customer service Taking inventory and replenishing stock as needed

Essential Functions:

Follow food preparation guidelines. Maintain cleanliness of dining space and prep the space for the next day's service Have knowledge of, and comply with, all departmental policies/ procedures/standards. Make the guest experience exceptional. Be reliable and dependable
