```Duties```

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant/hotel
• Escort guests to their assigned tables or hotel rooms
• Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials
• Take and relay accurate food and beverage orders to the kitchen staff
• Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to guests' tables
• Monitor table turnover and communicate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient service
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and courteous manner
• Maintain a clean and organized host/host station ```Requirements```
• Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or other restaurant/hotel management systems is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong guest service orientation with the ability to anticipate guest needs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
