Key Responsibilities Guest Services:

Greet guests warmly upon arrival. Escort guests to tables, hand out menus, and rotate seating evenly among servers.

Bussing & Cleaning:

Clear dirty dishes, glassware, and silverware from finished tables promptly (during busy times).

Table Resetting:

Wipe down, sanitize, and reset tables with clean settings for incoming guests (during busy times).

Area Maintenance:

Keep the host stand and menus clean.

Team Support:

Answer phone calls, take reservations, and assist servers or kitchen staff as needed. Restock the to-go containers and cups.

Job Requirements Experience:

Previous customer service or restaurant experience preferred, but willing to train.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to stand, walk, and bend for long periods, and lift up to 25 pounds.

Communication:

Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, professional attitude.

Availability:

Must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
