Front of House Staff

$13.50/hr minimum + weekly shared tips Dalie's Smokehouse has been serving up real, wood-smoked BBQ in the St. Louis area since 2015 — and we're growing. We're looking for friendly, sharp, hustle-ready people to join our Front-of-House team this summer. Whether you're looking for a few shifts a week or a full schedule, we've got a spot for you. Our FOH team wears a few hats — and sometimes all three at once. As a member of the Dalie's front-of-house crew, you may be working as: Cashier — Taking in-store orders, processing payments, and managing phone orders through our POS system. You're the first face guests see and the last impression they leave with, so a friendly face and a sharp eye go a long way. Runner — Getting food from the kitchen to the right hands, fast and accurately. You keep the floor moving and the guests happy. Guest Service — Supporting the overall dining experience, keeping the front of house clean and organized, and stepping in wherever the team needs you. What We're Looking For Friendly, dependable, and a team player — this is a friends-and-family kind of crew Ability to stay focused and move efficiently during peak hours Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred, but not required POS experience a plus — we'll train the right person Must be comfortable on your feet for a full shift (typically 5-9 hours) 21+ preferred (we serve beer & wine), but not required
