Responsibilities Greet guests with a friendly and positive attitude, making them feel at home Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Escort guests to their tables, providing menus and answering initial questions about the menu or restaurant offerings Maintain clear communication with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth seating flow and guest satisfaction Handle guest inquiries over the phone with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette Assist with guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and courteously to enhance overall experience Keep the host station organized, clean, and stocked with necessary materials to ensure seamless operations Requirements Prior experience as a host or hostess in food service or restaurant settings preferred Strong customer service skills with a warm, approachable demeanor Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Previous hotel or hospitality experience is advantageous Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of guest services, serving protocols, and restaurant operations Professional appearance and demeanor aligned with hospitality standards Join our team and be part of an energetic environment where your hospitality skills make a real difference!
