B. JOB FUNCTIONS
Essential Functions 1. Ensure the confidentially of guests lists for telemarketing. 2. Ensure motivation, discipline and training are on going. 3. Work with hotel desk on casino-block rooms. 4. Handle guest requests and complaints as received. Inform manager when request or complaint is above their approval. 5. Attends all tournaments and functions to interface with VIP guests and offer assistance as needed. 6. Keeps manager informed of all activity within the department to ensure their assigned shift runs smoothly and is performing within the department and company guidelines. 7. Ensure communications are maintained at the highest level. 8. Monitor customer trends of assigned guests, as assigned to host in tracking system. 9. Increase profitability of casino revenues through established customer base, as assigned to host in ACSC system. 10. Increase casino rated play and Club Fitz membership through on-casino-floor selling of card membership. Marginal Functions 1. Cleans/keeps office and public areas neat.
C. JOB REQUIREMENTS
Mandatory Requirements 1. Have excellent communication and customer relations skills. 2. Have excellent communication with all team members. 3. Have knowledge of organizational skills to assist with events and scheduling knowledge to assist manager at peak periods. 4. Computer knowledge. 5. Works closely with department manager on all issues. 6. Past experience in Casino Host position. 7. Must be able to be licensed by State of Mississippi for Gaming Badge. Physical Requirements
