Job Summary Bar 3 BBQ & Brewing is looking for a dependable, energetic Restaurant Expediter to join our team! You'll help keep our kitchen and front-of-house teams in sync, ensure every plate is accurate and presentation-ready, and get orders to guests quickly and smoothly. The ideal candidate stays calm under pressure, communicates clearly, and thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment. What we're looking for: Strong organization and attention to detail Excellent communication and teamwork Ability to work efficiently during busy services Dependability and a positive attitude Restaurant experience is helpful, but we're willing to train the right person Company managed tip pool adds an average of $3-4 per hour on top of base wage.
