In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that sets the tone for an exceptional dining experience. Your enthusiasm, excellent communication skills, and ability to manage guest flow will ensure every visitor feels valued and comfortable from the moment they arrive. Duties Greet guests with a friendly and enthusiastic demeanor, making them feel immediately welcomed Manage reservations and guest seating efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Coordinate with the restaurant team to ensure smooth guest flow and timely seating arrangements Answer phone inquiries with professionalism, providing accurate information about reservations and wait times Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area to uphold high standards of guest service Assist with guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and courteously Support the restaurant staff in delivering exceptional hospitality experiences through effective communication and teamwork Experience Previous host/hostess experience in a food service or restaurant setting preferred Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Experience in hotel or guest services enhances ability to manage diverse guest needs Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of phone etiquette and guest relations best practices Hospitality experience that demonstrates professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences!
