We create content that gives comedy fans a backstage pass — and gives comedians a platform for discovery and elevation. Responsibilities Host and record monthly podcast episodes for Goof Camp Radio , conducting interviews with comedians at various career stages Research guests, develop thoughtful questions, and keep conversations engaging, warm, and on-brand Conduct the monthly cover interview for INSIDE Monthly (Magazine) Collaborate with the creative team to guide visual direction during cover photoshoots Represent GoofCamp's voice and values in every interaction with talent Who we're looking for A natural conversationalist who is comfortable in front of a mic and behind a notebook — equally at home in a recording studio and on a magazine shoot Genuine interest in comedy and the people who make it — you know the scene and you're curious about it Editorial instincts: you understand how a great interview becomes a great story Experience with podcast hosting, journalism, entertainment media, or a similar on-camera/on-mic role is strongly preferred Comfortable offering creative direction without needing to be the photographer — you have a point of view and can articulate it Reliable, communicative, and able to deliver polished work within a lean time commitment Compensation $250.00 Per Month ~5 Hours Per Month $50.00 Hourly Rate This is a part-time contract role with a flexible monthly schedule. Ideal for a working comedian, entertainment journalist, media personality, or creative professional looking to build their profile in the comedy space while contributing to something new and genuinely fun.
