Floor Host / Security - Full-Time & Part-Time The Treasure Club is hiring reliable, professional, and customer-focused Floor Hosts / Security Team Members to help provide a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable experience for our guests and staff. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have great people skills, and can remain calm under pressure, we'd love to have you on our team.

Responsibilities:

Maintain a safe and professional atmosphere throughout the club. Greet and assist guests while providing exceptional customer service. Monitor entrances, exits, and the club floor. Verify IDs and enforce club policies. Respond to guest concerns and resolve situations professionally. Work closely with management and staff to ensure smooth daily operations. Observe and report any safety or security concerns. Assist with opening, closing, and general operational duties as needed.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 21 years of age. Previous security, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred but not required. Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills. Professional appearance and demeanor. Reliable, dependable, and able to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
