Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating arrangements efficiently using POS systems such as Toast or Micros POS. Communicate clearly with guests about wait times and menu offerings, providing excellent phone etiquette and guest relations. Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely seating and smooth service flow. Maintain a clean, organized host stand and lobby area to uphold our high standards of hospitality. Experience Previous experience as a host or hostess in a food service or restaurant setting is highly preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse audiences. Familiarity with restaurant POS systems such as Toast, POS or Micros POS is advantageous. Experience in hotel or hospitality environments enhances guest relations capabilities. Excellent phone etiquette and guest interaction skills are essential for success in this role.
