Duties Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. Return calls from guests making reservations as needed. Assist servers in dining room clearing tables efficiently and prepare for the next guests while maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction. Use OpenTable Reservation Platform. Skills Strong guest relations skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for diners. Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating professionalism and attentiveness at all times. Proficient phone etiquette for handling reservations and guest inquiries effectively. Familiarity with POS systems, particularly TOAST POS, is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is highly desirable. Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members, fostering a collaborative work environment. A genuine passion for hospitality and helping others enjoy their dining experience.
