Duties Greet guests with enthusiasm and genuine warmth as they arrive, making them feel instantly welcomed Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth flow of service and timely seating of guests Answer phone inquiries professionally, providing information about the restaurant, menu, or wait times with clear communication Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area to uphold a polished appearance Assist with guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and courteously to enhance overall guest experience Support the team during busy hours by managing waitlists and communicating wait times effectively Experience Previous host/hostess experience in a fast-paced food service or restaurant environment not required Happy and friendly attitude Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure Join us to deliver outstanding guest experiences through exceptional hospitality!
