• Part-time Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and personable Host to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensure a seamless dining experience from the moment they arrive.

As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, and coordinating seating arrangements with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your positive attitude and excellent communication skills will set the tone for a memorable visit, fostering guest satisfaction and loyalty. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, making them feel valued and comfortable from the outset Manage reservations efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to optimize seating flow Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely seating and guest service Maintain a clean, organized host stand and waiting area to promote a welcoming ambiance Answer phone inquiries with professionalism, providing accurate information about wait times and reservations Assist guests with special requests or accommodations to enhance their dining experience Support guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and courteously, ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit Qualifications Previous host/hostess experience in food service or restaurant settings preferred Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Experience working in hotel or hospitality environments is advantageous Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting Knowledge of phone etiquette and guest relations best practices Join our team as a Host and be the vibrant first impression that makes every guest's experience exceptional!
