Position Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Hostess to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, and providing excellent customer service in a hospitality setting.

Essential Responsibilities:

Greet guests as they arrive and thank them as they leave Manage reservations and seating arrangements Answer phone calls and inquiries with professionalism Maintain a clean and organized lobby area Assist servers and bartenders as needed, and other duties assigned. Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience

Position Qualifications:

Previous experience in a hospitality or food service role is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of POS systems. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent phone etiquette. Customer service-oriented mindset.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to work in an environment with moderate to loud noise levels, maybe exposed to secondhand smoke except and varied light levels, including flashing lights.
