Build long‑term relationships with guests through in‑person interactions, phone calls, and email communications. Contact active, inactive, and prospective premium players to promote events, offers, and experiences. Meet daily, monthly, and annual goals related to player contact, visitation, and revenue generation. Monitor player activity and adjust outreach strategies to support growth and retention. Assist in planning, promoting, and hosting special events, dinners, tournaments, and promotions both on and off property. Attend player events, interact with invited guests, and ensure a professional, welcoming experience. Collaborate with Marketing and Player Development teams to support promotional initiatives. Identify opportunities to create unique and memorable guest experiences. Stay informed on competitor programs and trends to support competitive guest development strategies. Use player databases and tracking systems to identify target players and opportunities for growth. Work closely with Executive and Casino Hosts to review comp activity and player worth. Assist leadership with evaluating player development initiatives and comp reports. Support timely execution of department projects and initiatives as assigned by Casino Marketing leadership. Partner with internal departments to ensure consistent, high‑quality guest experiences. Provide BIG Service by engaging guests with enthusiasm, professionalism, and personalized attention. Maintain strict confidentiality of guest and company information. Communicate guest feedback, concerns, or opportunities to appropriate leadership. Demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and sound judgment in all interactions. Work independently with minimal supervision or collaboratively as part of a team. Education & Experience High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree preferred. Conversational Spanish is a plus. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Excel proficiency required. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Must be 21 years of age or older. Must successfully pass all required background checks. Ability to work flexible schedules including days, evenings, late nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid New Hampshire gaming license. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and respond to visual and auditory cues. Requires hand-eye coordination and the ability to distinguish letters, numbers, and symbols.
