We're looking for someone who is friendly, confident, organized, and understands that great hospitality starts the moment someone walks through the door. Responsibilities Greet every guest warmly and professionally Manage the flow of guests entering the restaurant Manage reservations through Toast Tables Use Toast POS to assist with guest information, table status, and restaurant operations Seat guests efficiently while balancing reservations, walk-ins, and table availability Maintain accurate wait times and communicate them clearly to guests Monitor the dining room and coordinate table availability with servers and management Answer phones and assist guests with questions about the restaurant Keep the host stand, entrance, and surrounding areas clean and organized Communicate with servers, bartenders, and management throughout service Help maintain an organized dining room during busy periods Assist the service team with basic tasks when needed Handle guest concerns professionally and involve management when necessary Help create a welcoming, polished atmosphere from the moment guests arrive until they leave What We're Looking For Friendly, outgoing personality Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable using technology and learning restaurant systems Previous experience with Toast or Toast Tables is a plus Able to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment Reliable and punctual Professional appearance and attitude Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred but not required Must be comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed What We Offer Hourly pay Flexible scheduling A fast-paced, team-oriented environment Opportunity to grow with Mesozoic Please send resumes to
