In this role, you'll be the face of our take-out service, ensuring that every guest's order is accurate, timely, and delivered with a smile. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create memorable experiences for our guests. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and assist them with placing take-out orders via phone or in person. Use POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process transactions accurately and efficiently. Prepare orders according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation are maintained. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely completion of orders and resolve any issues promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the take-out area, including packaging supplies and order stations. Provide excellent guest relations by answering questions about menu items, specials, and dietary options. Follow proper phone etiquette and communication protocols to ensure a positive guest experience. Qualifications Previous experience in host/hostess roles, food service, or hospitality is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in restaurant operations or guest services enhances your ability to succeed in this role.
