Overview We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and efficient seating arrangements. This role is crucial in providing excellent customer service and maintaining the smooth operation of our dining area. Duties Greet guests as they arrive and provide a warm welcome. Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize table turnover. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and waiting area. Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service. Address guest concerns promptly to enhance their dining experience. Skills Strong hospitality skills with a passion for customer service. Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Ability to manage guest relations with a friendly demeanor while handling multiple tasks efficiently.
