The ideal candidate will greet each guest and ensure attentive and personalized service throughout each guest's visit. Key Responsibilities Greet guests with a cheerful and professional attitude as they enter the restaurant Escort guests to their tables and provide menus Answer basic questions about the restaurant and menu offerings Assist with reservations and manage the seating chart Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the entrance area Support restaurant staff with guest needs as necessary Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors. Required Qualifications Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or an entire work shift. Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance; and objects over 50 pounds with assistance. Proficiency in grasping, turning, and manipulating objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination. Ability to move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces, and navigate stairs or service ramps. Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
