Duties Greet guests with a genuine smile and positive attitude, making them feel instantly welcomed Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS Answer phone inquiries with professionalism, providing accurate information and assisting with reservations or special requests Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth flow of guest seating and service Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/hostess station and waiting area Handle guest inquiries, concerns, or special requests promptly to ensure satisfaction Assist in managing waitlists during busy hours, providing accurate wait times and updates Experience Prior experience as a host/hostess or in food service is highly preferred Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills Familiarity with restaurant POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Experience in hotel or guest services can be advantageous Demonstrated ability to handle phone etiquette professionally and courteously Previous hospitality or restaurant experience helps in managing guest relations effectively Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering memorable guest experiences!
