This role requires elegance, organization, and the ability to create a warm and memorable welcome for every guest.

Position Overview:

As a Hostess at LaNoma, you are the face of the restaurant. You will manage reservations, greet guests with confidence, and ensure smooth flow of service while maintaining a luxury atmosphere. Key Responsibilities Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival Manage reservations using systems such as OpenTable or Resy Escort guests to tables while maintaining floor awareness and pacing Communicate effectively with management and service team Handle waitlists and provide accurate wait times Answer phone calls and assist with reservations and inquiries Maintain a clean, organized, and elegant host stand Manage guest flow during peak service with professionalism and composure Assist with coat check and guest accommodations when needed Requirements Previous hostess or hospitality experience preferred (fine dining a plus) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Professional appearance and polished demeanor Ability to remain calm under pressure Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay:

$16.00 - $21.00 per hour
