As a Party Host, you are responsible for creating a fun, organized, safe, and memorable party experience for children and families. You are a representative of Wonderworld Playzone from the moment guests arrive until they leave. Responsibilities Greet party families and guests with a warm, professional, and friendly attitude Act as the main point of contact for party guests from arrival through departure Set up and decorate party rooms according to the booked package and schedule Manage party timelines including food service, play transitions, and cake time Assist with special moments such as singing, cake cutting, and photos Serve food and beverages while following food safety practices Supervise party activities while enforcing safety rules and facility policies Ensure parents/guardians understand supervision responsibilities Maintain a clean and welcoming environment by performing hourly checks of party rooms, play areas, bathrooms, and common spaces (trash pickup, wiping spills, tidying toys and furniture) Clean and reset party rooms between events Communicate guest needs to management or the front desk team Thank families as they depart and assist with checkout or add-ons Requirements Outgoing, patient, and comfortable working with children and families Strong time management and multitasking skills Ability to stay calm and positive in a fast-paced environment Reliable, team-oriented, and punctual Weekend availability required Apply today and help create unforgettable birthday celebrations at Wonderworld Playzone!
