Responsibilities include:

Greeting guests. Registers. Taking food orders to go over the phone and processing in a timely manner. Processing dessert orders for servers (dine in and to go) and for customers directly at the register. Sitting guests in a timely manner and not overloading servers. Setting up tables for large groups. Keeping the register area clean at all times. Cleaning menus. Changing specials throughout the day in menus. Making sure restrooms are stocked accordingly. Must be able to lift. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to bend. Qualifications, characteristics and skills to be successful: Must be able to work well in a team environment. Must be able to multi-task. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment. Must have a great, positive energy, that can communicate effectively and clearly with guests and staff. Must be open to constructive criticism and learn from feedback.
