About Us Chelsea Hospitality Group (CHG) is a family-owned hospitality company based in New Jersey, dedicated to creating world-class food and beverage experiences. The Morris Proper in Morristown, NJ involves managing multiple food and beverage outlets within a sustainably built, mixed-use property. These outlets include a ground-floor restaurant, conference catering, pantry services, and pop-up concepts.
Job Overview:
As a Host at our restaurant, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for a welcoming and exceptional dining experience. You'll manage guest seating, handle reservations, and ensure the dining area is organized and prepared for each guest's arrival. Your role is critical in delivering seamless hospitality and creating a positive first impression for everyone who enters.
What You'll Do:
    Inspire Memorable Hospitality:
    Greet guests with a warm, friendly demeanor and ensure they feel welcome from the moment they walk in.
      Manage Reservations:
      Effectively manage reservations, ensuring that guests are seated according to their preferences and in a timely manner.
        Stay Guest-Focused:
        Remain attentive to guest needs, ensuring their wait times are minimal and that they feel valued throughout their experience.

        Smooth Flow:
        Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize the dining room's efficiency while maintaining a comfortable atmosphere for guests.
          Maintain Organization:
          Keep the front-of-house area clean, organized, and welcoming at all times, from the entrance to the host stand.
          • Collaborate with the
          Team:
          Work closely with servers, bussers, and management to ensure guests are seated promptly and all their needs are addressed efficiently.
            Uphold Standards:
            Support and enforce the restaurant's policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of service and safety. What We Need from
