We believe great service begins the moment a guest walks through the door, and we're looking for both Hosts and Lead Hosts to join our opening team. Whether you're an experienced hospitality professional looking to step into a leadership role or someone who naturally enjoys working with people and creating great first impressions, we'd love to meet you. Available PositionsHost As a Host, you will be the first and last impression our guests have of CASA. You'll greet guests warmly, manage the flow of seating, answer phones, and help create a welcoming atmosphere from the moment guests arrive. Lead Host As a Lead Host, you will take ownership of the host stand, help coordinate guest flow, support and train the host team, work closely with management, and help ensure a seamless guest experience throughout service. Responsibilities Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality Manage reservations, waitlists, and guest seating Answer phones and assist with guest inquiries Coordinate with managers, servers, and support staff to maintain smooth service flow Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting entrance area Assist with guest requests and special accommodations Create a positive first impression that reflects the CASA brand Additional Responsibilities for Lead Hosts Assist management with daily front-of-house operations Help train and mentor new hosts Monitor seating efficiency and table management Help resolve guest concerns professionally Serve as a leadership presence at the front door during service Qualifications Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment Reliable transportation and strong attendance Evening and weekend availability preferred Previous restaurant experience is a plus Lead Host Qualifications Prior restaurant hosting experience preferred Leadership, supervisory, or training experience is a plus Ability to take initiative and lead by example What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience and position Flexible scheduling Growth and advancement opportunities Positive and supportive team culture Comprehensive training Opportunity to help build an exciting new restaurant from the ground up
