In this role, you will showcase products through live video streams, connect authentically with viewers, and drive sales while building a vibrant community. Your enthusiasm and excellent communication skills will inspire viewers to explore and purchase featured items, making every stream an exciting event. Duties Host live streaming sessions across social media platforms, presenting products with energy and clarity. Demonstrate product features through engaging product demos, highlighting benefits and usage tips. Interact actively with viewers by answering questions, responding to comments, and fostering a positive community atmosphere. Collaborate with marketing teams to promote upcoming streams and special events via social media management. Collect data on viewer engagement, preferences, and sales performance to optimize future broadcasts. Manage branding elements during streams to ensure consistent messaging and visual appeal. Support event marketing efforts by participating in promotional campaigns and live event appearances. Requirements Proven experience in food service, customer service, or related roles that involve direct interaction with people. Strong communication skills with the ability to public speak confidently and clearly in front of a camera. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to reach diverse audiences effectively. Familiarity with social media management tools and platforms used for live streaming. Demonstrated sales skills with a track record of driving customer interest and conversions.
