We power high-volume resale businesses by handling the operational complexity behind pricing, listings, logistics, and marketplace execution. Role Mission We're expanding our livestream business into Pokémon trading cards and are looking for someone who genuinely knows and enjoys the category. This role is for someone who can bring Pokémon cards to life on camera—talking naturally about cards, sets, characters, rarity, collecting, and value while building an engaged audience and driving sales through Whatnot livestreams. Build the Audience Welcome viewers and interact with chat throughout each stream. Answer questions about cards and products in real time. Build relationships with repeat buyers and Pokémon collectors. Create excitement around new inventory, interesting cards, auctions, and promotions. Help grow followers, returning viewers, customer loyalty, and overall livestream sales. Prepare & Improve Work with the team to organize and prepare cards before each livestream. Familiarize yourself with featured inventory before going live. Help identify products or cards that could perform well during streams. Incorporate feedback, viewer response, and sales performance into future broadcasts. Test different ways of presenting products and engaging collectors to improve stream performance. Required Strengths / Experience Strong knowledge of Pokémon and/or a genuine interest in Pokémon trading cards and collecting. Comfortable learning about Pokémon cards, sets, rarity, grading, condition, and market value. Comfortable speaking and presenting on camera (optional). Able to talk naturally and enthusiastically about products rather than reading from a script. Energetic, personable, and comfortable interacting with viewers in real time. Reliable and punctual for confirmed livestream shifts. Able to maintain audience engagement for extended livestream sessions. Comfortable in a fast-paced, sales-oriented environment. Coachable and willing to improve based on feedback and livestream performance. Able to work independently while collaborating with the livestream and operations team. We are especially interested in candidates who already collect Pokémon cards, follow the Pokémon TCG market, play Pokémon TCG, buy/sell/trade cards, attend card shows, or are otherwise active in the hobby. Professional livestreaming experience is not required . If you know Pokémon cards and have the personality to talk about them with collectors, we want to hear from you. Nice to Have Experience buying, selling, or trading Pokémon cards. Familiarity with modern and vintage Pokémon sets. Knowledge of PSA, CGC, BGS, or other card grading. Familiarity with card values and Pokémon TCG market trends. Experience using Whatnot or other livestream selling platforms. Retail, sales, customer service, or e-commerce experience.
