Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:

Relay guest complaints and compliments to the supervisorFamiliarity with all menu items, menu prices and hours of operation & promotionsMaintain a clean work area, professional appearance, and present positive customer service techniquesResponsible for maintaining, greeting, and seating guestsAssist guests with questions regarding activities on the propertyPractice TIPS awareness and the responsible serving of alcoholPractice awareness in serving alcohol; report all intoxicated guests to the F & B or MODComplete daily side work
