Job Description
Marriott is hiring a Food and Beverage Admin to support daily restaurant, bar, and banquet operations. In this role, you'll manage reservations, menus, and event orders; coordinate schedules; process invoices; and maintain inventory and vendor records. You'll compile reports, track revenue, and assist leaders with forecasting and budgeting. Partnering closely with culinary and service teams, you'll help ensure smooth service, accurate billing, and exceptional guest experiences while upholding Marriott's standards of hospitality, safety, and compliance. Responsibilities Support daily food and beverage operations for restaurants, bars, and events Manage reservations, banquet event orders, menus, and function sheets Coordinate staff schedules and communicate changes to team members Process invoices, track expenses, and assist with basic budgeting tasks Maintain inventory records and support ordering from approved vendors Prepare operational and revenue reports using Microsoft Office tools Ensure accurate POS entries and billing for guests and events Assist with compliance to food safety, health, and Marriott brand standards Liaise with culinary, service, and sales teams to support events and service flow Respond to guest and internal inquiries with professional, service-focused communication Required Skills Food and beverage operations knowledge Order and inventory management Scheduling and staffing coordination Point-of-sale (POS) systems Data entry and reporting Microsoft Excel Microsoft Word Customer service Basic accounting and invoicing Compliance and food safety awareness
