Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic, enthusiastic, and responsible Party & Event Host to lead our weekend birthday parties and special "Kids' Night Out" events. In this role, you will be the life of the party—running fun, high-energy sports games on our indoor turf (like kickball and baseball/softball activities), managing interactive sports technology, and ensuring every child has an unforgettable, safe experience.

Fun:
Facilitate and referee structured turf games including kickball, dodgeball, and sports-themed activities for groups of 10 to 25+ kids.
Manage Tech & Space:
Set up and assist kids with interactive sports technology (like batting cages and sports simulators) while ensuring safe operations. Host the
Party Room:
Keep the event running smoothly by managing the transition from the turf to the party room, assisting with food/cake service, and maintaining a high-energy atmosphere.
Clean & Prep:
Handle light setup and cleanup before and after each party to ensure the facility is safe, clean, and welcoming for the next group.
Safety First:
Actively supervise all activities to maintain a safe, positive environment for children and a stress-free experience for parents.
Qualifications & Skills Experience:
Experience working with children (e.g., camp counselor, youth coach, childcare, or recreation leader) is highly preferred.
Personality:
High energy, outgoing, and confident speaking in front of groups of children and parents.
Skills:
Strong crowd control skills with the ability to keep large groups of kids engaged, organized, and moving.
Availability:
Primary availability must be on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) for birthday parties, and occasional Friday/Saturday evenings for Kids' Night Out events.
Reliability:
Punctual, dependable, and capable of working independently. Perks & Benefits Competitive hourly pay rate of $20 per hour. Fun, active, and high-energy working environment. Flexible part-time weekend hours—perfect for students or coaches.
