Responsibilities Greet guests with enthusiasm and provide a warm, friendly welcome upon arrival Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize guest flow and minimize wait times Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to coordinate table assignments and service needs Clear and reset tables promptly, ensuring cleanliness and organization at all times Assist servers by delivering food and beverages as needed, supporting efficient service delivery Maintain a clean dining area by bussing tables, sweeping floors, and restocking supplies Uphold high standards of guest relations, phone etiquette, and hospitality to enhance overall guest experience Experience Previous host/hostess experience or food service background preferred but not required Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Experience with restaurant POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Familiarity with hotel or guest services environments is advantageous Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a positive attitude Excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills are essential for success in this role

Pay:

$17.00 - $22.00 per hour
