Host/Hostess

Overview We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a positive dining experience. Your responsibilities will include managing reservations, greeting guests, and coordinating seating arrangements while providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere. Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize restaurant flow. Assist guests with inquiries about the menu, specials, and restaurant services. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area. Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction. Handle phone calls with professionalism, providing information and taking reservations as needed. Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and effectively to enhance their experience. Skills Strong guest services skills with a focus on hospitality and customer satisfaction. Experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred. Proficient in using POS systems for managing orders and reservations. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong phone etiquette. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
