Job Overview Join our hospitality team as a Host/Hostess and be the welcoming face that sets the tone for an exceptional dining experience! Responsibilities Greet guests warmly with genuine enthusiasm and a friendly smile to create an inviting atmosphere Manage and Enter guest take-out orders using POS, Cash out customers and manage and handle third party orders like DoorDAsh, UberEats, etc Manage reservations efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and coordinate seating to optimize flow Answer phone inquiries professionally, providing accurate information about wait times and reservations while maintaining excellent phone etiquette Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely seating and smooth service flow Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand, ensuring a welcoming environment at all times Assist guests with special requests or accommodations to enhance their dining experience Prior experience as a host or hostess in a fast-paced restaurant or food service environment is preferred Strong customer service skills with a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with guests and team members Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS is a plus. Pay:

From $16.50 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week
