Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival with a lively and professional demeanor, making them feel instantly welcomed Manage reservations Coordinate seating arrangements efficiently to optimize table turnover and guest flow Answer phone inquiries with courteous phone etiquette, providing accurate wait times and reservation information Maintain cleanliness of the host stand, waiting area, and dining environment in accordance with food safety and sanitation standards Support food service staff by bussing tables, clearing dishes, and assisting with order taking when required Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems and process payments with attention to detail Provide excellent in-person customer service, addressing guest questions or concerns promptly and professionally Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations and guest satisfaction at all times Experience Previous experience as a Host/Hostess or in a hospitality role is NOT required; enthusiasm for guest relations is essential Experience in food service, including serving, bussing, or food preparation, is highly valued Strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously are crucial for success Basic math skills are necessary for cash handling and transaction processing Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures is a plus Experience with beverage preparation or working in a restaurant environment will help you excel in this lively setting Join us as a Host/Hostess and become the friendly face that makes every guest's visit memorable!
