Manage the restaurant waitlist during peak times to set accurate guest expectations.

Communicate & Collaborate:

Maintain clear communication with team members and managers to ensure efficient table use and guest seating.

Reset & Refresh:

Ensure vacant tables are sanitized and reset promptly to keep the restaurant running smoothly.

Express Gratitude:

Thank each guest as they leave, making them feel appreciated and encouraging their return.

Be Prepared:

Complete opening and closing duties to set the stage for an exceptional service experience.

Requirements:

What You'll Bring to the Table A naturally warm, social, and welcoming personality that makes every guest feel like the only one in the room. Excellent multitasking and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail and follow-through. A proactive, positive attitude with a commitment to creating unforgettable guest experiences. The ability to stay flexible, focused, and efficient in a fast-paced environment. A passion for the food and hospitality industry and a genuine desire to grow within it.

Physical Requirements:
