Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Cashier/Hostess, where your vibrant personality and exceptional customer service skills will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this lively role, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel, managing guest interactions with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests, handling transactions accurately, and ensuring seamless communication between departments to deliver top-tier guest services. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Handle cash, credit card transactions, and billing with accuracy and attention to detail Assist guests with inquiries regarding hotel services, amenities, and local attractions Maintain a clean and organized cashier station and guest reception area Collaborate with front desk staff, servers, and other team members to ensure guest needs are met promptly Answer phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, providing information or directing calls appropriately Requirements Prior experience as a host/hostess or in food service is highly preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Previous hotel or guest services experience is advantageous Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly Professional appearance and friendly demeanor; ability to remain calm under pressure Join us in creating exceptional guest experiences through energetic hospitality!
