Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a smooth dining experience. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet guests as they arrive and manage the seating arrangements to ensure an efficient flow of customers. Utilize POS systems, such as Aloha POS, to manage reservations and track guest preferences. Assist in maintaining guest relations by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during their visit. Collaborate with the wait staff and kitchen team to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction. Provide information about menu items, specials, and restaurant policies to enhance the guest experience. Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including waiting areas and dining spaces. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Familiarity with guest services and relations, ensuring that all guests feel valued and welcomed. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
