Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage waitlist procedures with professionalism and friendliness Escort guests to their tables, ensuring a seamless and welcoming seating process Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including resetting tables efficiently for new guests Support servers by delivering food and beverages promptly and assisting with table maintenance during service Manage guest inquiries courteously via phone or in person, providing accurate information about the menu and restaurant policies Operate

system to process orders when needed, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Uphold high standards of guest relations, demonstrating hospitality, attentive listening, and positive communication throughout each shift Requirements Previous experience as a Host/Hostess or Busser in a fast-paced food service environment is preferred but not required Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse guests and team members Knowledge of restaurant operations, including POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS, is a plus Excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills to handle inquiries professionally Ability to stand for extended periods, walk comfortably around the restaurant, and lift moderate loads when necessary Reliable team player with a positive attitude who thrives in a fast-paced, energetic setting Join us in delivering outstanding hospitality!
