Host/Cashier

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Seat guests and manage the seating chart
• Provide excellent guest service and address any inquiries or concerns
• Take reservations over the phone and enter them into the reservation system
• Manage waitlists and estimate wait times for guests
• Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station and lobby area

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to provide exceptional guest relations
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with patience and professionalism
• Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle multiple phone lines
• Basic math skills for cash handling We are looking for a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Host/Cashier.
