Required Years of Experience 2 years Job Details We are seeking an experienced Hostess / Front Desk Coordinator with 2+ years in hospitality. You will greet guests, manage reservations, and support smooth service operations. English fluency is required; Russian is strongly preferredto assist a portion of our guest base. Key Responsibilities Welcome and seat guests; manage waitlist and pacing Manage reservations and guest notes in OpenTable (or similar) Answer phones/messages; provide excellent communication and hospitality Coordinate with management and service team to maintain smooth flow Light admin support: checklists, data entry, simple reports Maintain organization of the host stand/front desk Qualifications (Required) 2+ years Hostess/Front Desk/Guest Services experience Fluent English Strong customer service, reliability, and attention to detail Comfortable with computers and restaurant systems Preferred Russian language skills (spoken) Excel and OpenTable experience Basic admin/bookkeeping tracking experience
