Responsible for planning and execution of brand enhancing promotions and events that support the company's business objectives to deliver gaming volumes, market share and return on investment through flawless execution and superior customer serviceJob Title:

$65,000 - $80,000Essential Job Functions:
Identify and cultivate premium players with emphasis on developing relationships with VIP patrons Sign up new members and convert them to loyal patrons Establish and maintain goodwill, relationships, utilize contact strategy through a variety of in-bound and out-bound channels; handles and resolves problems, questions, and/or concerns of targeted VIP patrons Promote special events with individuals or targeted groups, represent management at these events with individuals or targeted groups, and represent management at these events and promotions with applicable follow-up Solicits casino visitation through outbound communications as assigned by department manager Responsible for exceeding revenue sales and customer contact quotas as assigned based on business volumes Act as intermediary to resolve any complaints concerning VIP customers Appropriately issues customer comps within the guidelines of Rivers Casino comp policy Represent the company in a professional capacity at external functions, special events, concerts, promotions, etc. All other duties as assignedQualifications:
College degree or other work or educational equivalent required Working knowledge of casino management/player tracking systems 1-3 years of relevant experience working as a Casino Host or equivalent of business to consumer sales experience Proficient in the full suite of Microsoft Office products Outstanding organization skills are a must, as is the ability to actively manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously Must thrive in a fast-paced, fluid environment Strong desire to take accountability and have their performance measured on contribution to business results Business intelligence, stays current and understands how what happens in the world affects us, our marketplace, and our competition Create and seize opportunities to win, even when faced with ambiguity Ability to remain professional in stressful situations and the ability to thrive in high pressure, fast-paced environment Analytical prowess which includes critical thinking skills that get to the root of the problem Problem resolution, be decisive and timely, act on information and adapt with changes Team focused, catalyst for success of the whole team People developer, inspire and drive employees to go beyond the expected, develop people to be their personal and professional best Performance manager, arm employees with specific and useful performance feedback Self-assurance, resilient and tenacious Self-awareness, genuine understand of personal strengths and weaknesses Environmental radar, understand how to get things done and when to involve others in decisions Range of influence, inspire confidence, be authentic, build and leverage a powerful internal and external network Ability to maintain confidentiality Ability to successfully fulfill the pre-employment process Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensingWorking Conditions:
Work is performed both in an office and on the casino floor in a smoke-free environment Hours of work will vary based on the monthly marketing calendar and average at least 40 hours per week and will vary between daytime and early evening hours, typically Holiday and weekend work schedules will also vary Team members may be required to move and lift boxes and items up to 25lbsSimilar remote jobs
