Innkeeper/Host

We're looking for a hands-on, service-driven Innkeeper to provide on-site leadership and support at our hotel. This dynamic role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

What You'll Do:

Provide day-to-day operational leadership and ensure accountability across the property Step in to address urgent operational needs and provide staff coverage as needed Oversee basic maintenance coordination and ensure issues are resolved promptly Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of guest rooms and common areas Uphold high standards of comfort, safety, and hospitality throughout the property Support inventory management and collaborate with maintenance teams Welcome guests, assist with directions, and ensure a positive, seamless experience

What We're Looking For:

Adaptable, resourceful, and solutions-oriented Comfortable working in a hands-on role across multiple departments Strong attention to detail and commitment to service excellence Ability to quickly assess challenges and take initiative

Position Details:

Pay:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
