Job Description
Carlitos Tequileria at Palisades Center Mall is looking for you! As a Host/Hostess, you are the first and last impression our guests have of the restaurant. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and energetic individual who enjoys providing exceptional hospitality and creating a welcoming atmosphere for every guest. Responsibilities Welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude. Manage the waitlist and seating efficiently using the restaurant's seating system. Coordinate table assignments with servers and managers to ensure smooth service flow. Answer phone calls and assist with reservations and guest inquiries. Maintain an organized and clean host stand and entrance area. Communicate accurate wait times and keep guests informed. Assist with opening and closing duties as needed. Help maintain a positive dining experience by resolving minor guest concerns and notifying management when appropriate. Qualifications Previous restaurant or customer service experience is preferred, but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor. Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment. Strong teamwork and multitasking skills. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
