Job Description

Job Summary Join our vibrant hospitality team as a Front Desk / Host, where you will be the welcoming face of our resort, creating memorable guest experiences from the moment they arrive. This dynamic role combines exceptional customer service, efficient front desk operations, and guest relations to ensure every visitor feels valued and cared for. Your energetic presence and hospitality expertise will set the tone for an outstanding stay, making you an essential part of our guest's journey. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression. Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, handling inquiries and reservations promptly. Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring accurate billing and account management. Assist guests with questions about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance their stay. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest requests swiftly. Maintain a smooth flow at the front desk during peak hours by multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively. Support night audit procedures when required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded. Foster positive guest relations by resolving concerns promptly and professionally, turning challenges into opportunities for service excellence. Qualifications Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality management roles, particularly at the front desk or guest services. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve diverse guests effectively. Strong customer service skills with a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction. Familiarity with hotel management software and multi-line phone systems. Knowledge of resort operations, guest relations, and night audit procedures is advantageous. Excellent communication skills with a professional demeanor and phone etiquette. Previous hotel experience is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is essential. Pay:
$13.00 - $14.00 per hour
